Men have a reputation for being untrustworthy cheats, but how can you spot the tell-tale signs that he is going behind your back?

Notice if he suddenly changes his appearance - for example if, out of the blue, he decides to join a gym and buy new clothes. This is fine if he has clearly stated that he is doing it to please you, but what if he is doing all this but isn’t paying you any attention? He’s certainly doing it to impress someone else if it isn’t you.

Look out to see if he becomes distant or moody towards you for no reason at all. Suddenly buying you gifts or telling you that he loves you if this is out of character is a sign that he’s feeling guilty about something.

Also take notice if his work suddenly requires him to work late more frequently. Is he going out with his mates without you on a regular basis? Question where he has been and if you get vague or inconsistent answers then alarm bells should be ringing in your head.

Finally, watch his phone behaviour. Is he taking more ‘private’ calls or texting more often than usual?
