Wabotswana wameshamchoka FEZA KESI?

When is Feza going Home to Capitalise on BBA fame? I am not asking this question because I am an ‘Oneza’ hater, as some may infer. I am asking because deep down as a (business) woman, I wish for her to prosper. Feza emerged in the big Brother Africa house as one of the continents favourites, a strong contender who was vocal and electric and simply interesting to look at.
During the show we came to learn that Feza is a singer, arguably with a bright career future ahead of her BBA departure. We know she was working hard before the show since we got to see the premier of her music video during one of the Saturday night BBA  parties, an good quality enjoyable song I must say.
Having pointed out all that, it really baffles me why at this very moment she isn’t in her home country, Tanzania, capitalising on this BBA fame and spotlight that mind you does not shine for a housemate for long; Unlike her homeboy lover, Oneal, who is relentlessly cashing in on the BBA cow. The BBA starlight only sparkles for so long- maximum of 3 months to bask in, approximately. Beginning of this month, Oneal was in SA DJ’ing at one of SA’s coolest urban events, Pop Bottles in Johannesburg, and from his tweets had another gig in Pta the same night afterwards. Feza was there with him. Locally he’s done the same. Smart moves. My question is, why is it then that the Oneza duo couldn’t make arrangements for Feza to sneak in a gig or atleast make a paid for appearance at these gigs. I stand to be corrected if she was.
That is not even the issue. Feza should be home right now, promoting her single using the leverage that the Big Brother fame has awarded her, as her lover O’neal continues to. Why is she here in Botswana, playing Oneal’s ‘side kick’ trophy while he is using his fame to advance his career?
I’m just thinking of the amounts of money she could be making right now from performing her tracks to the people of her country, advancing her music career while the BBA pot is still hot.
Other than that, what about her fans in Tanzania? When do they get to marvel at her. They voted for her, supported her and we can assume that they very much anticipated seeing their ‘star’. Unfortunately, they didn’t get that courtesy from her. Those are the people who have her back, who will buy into her aspirations. That is where her true fanbase is. I’m sure Love could’ve waited. Yes, Love could’ve waited for 3 months. Love can actually sustain itself so distance isn’t even an issue here.
I tend to wonder if she doesn’t have friends or business partners because if she did, I’d think they would advise her to take the short lived opportunity window while it’s still open to take advantage. I care for her success. I want to see her use the platform she’s created for herself by being a housemate put to use. So if you see sweet beautiful Feza on the streets of Gabs, please tell her to ‘go home Fezaaaa!!!..’
