The 10 Best and Worst of the BET Red Carpet

We’ve been seeing a lot of Clover Canyon’s kaleidoscope Givenchy-esque prints. Jordin looked amazing in a summer palette and white pumps.

Ciara’s leather bralette top might have looked a little teeny weeny, but we still love it.

Yes, it was a bit weird for her to present a gospel award in this plunging gown, but she looked stunning either way.

Adrienne was gorgeous in a red thigh slit gown by Michael Costello and braid bun.

Letoya’s white halter jumpsuit was one of the best of the night. She kept it simple with a bright red lip and a tiny YSL purse.

If you’re going to do a bold pop of color like Bridget’s, make sure that’s the only use of that color in the look. Keep jewelry minimal and in either silver or gold tones.

Now this is what you’re supposed to wear to semi-casual events like this. Short fun minis, bright color, anything relaxed, yet edgy.

Nia was the best dressed of the night in a glittering mini, her signature dark manicure and a braid updo.

This is sort of a departure for the singer who’s known for her tuxedo collection.

Strapless dresses without necklaces are more modern than heavily accessorized looks.
